BAD STRATEGY HIDES IN DARK CORNERS

Who was the last person you let truly challenge you?

EGC-Image1-Mission.png

You’re making mission-control decisions. Fully equipped, with plenty at stake. You know your field, carry the responsibility, and know how to get things moving.

But when the mission gets complex, who can you turn to for a real exchange, someone who thinks it through with you?

What usually happens when you talk to others:

You’re only mid-sentence and they already nod, not listening, just waiting to tell you why it won’t work and hand you their rulebook for how things must be, before you’ve even finished explaining your idea.

In short: You are around people who don’t have a clue what’s at stake for you.

So you figure it out alone ... inside your own bubble, where nobody questions your assumptions. Those are the dark corners where bad strategy breeds.

In a fast-moving and complex world

your bubble is a small place to look for answers.

What most leaders do instead

Do you find yourself in one of these loops?

  • Consuming more content. Trying to find certainty through more information.

  • Thinking about the same topics or decision over and over again.

  • Following others’ shortcuts without checking whether they make sense for your own path

But somebody else's decisions were based on somebody else's assumptions. Good decisions require context.

Your context.

and make your next move more bulletproof.

The Entrepreneur Growth Circle membership brings you into a small, carefully selected group to examine your challenges and put your next move to the test. For stronger decisions and progress in your business or leadership, while enjoying what you do and feeling energised along the way.

  • Pressure-test important decisions through a circle of different perspectives

  • Separate signal from noise when facing multiple options

  • Expose assumptions that quietly drive your decisions

  • Challenge thinking patterns before they become costly mistakes

  • Identify blind spots that are difficult to see from within your own (business) bubble

  • Build momentum, confidence and energy in your next actions

What you get from it

Join EGC: How to apply

Two ways to begin. Pick the one that suits you best to get in touch with Andrii and Belinda: Fill out our form or message us on WhatsApp.

Either way, we’ll ask you a few questions and a 1–2 minute video introducing yourself. There’s no script or required content, just give us a glimpse of who you are and the mission you’re on, in whatever way feels most natural to you.

We select members carefully to build a balanced circle of perspectives and experience. Applying doesn’t guarantee a place, we look for a strong fit for you and the group. We’d love to hear what you’re working on and where you want to go next.

Who you will meet:

Frequently asked questions:

Some additional things you might want to know:

  • The Entrepreneur Growth Circle membership is a space for regular group sparring to strengthen your decisions and make your next move more bulletproof before you put it into practice.

Bring your next business challenge, opportunity, or half-formed thought. Together, we examine the assumptions behind it, uncover blind spots, and explore different ways forward.

The goal is to strengthen your independent judgement, find solutions to complex problems, and grow both personally and in your business.

  • The Entrepreneur Growth Circle is for founders, CEOs, and business leaders who are responsible for making complex decisions under uncertainty.

  • What you take away is a lasting skill: stronger judgment, a more robust decision-making process and the confidence to think clearly and stay calm in demanding environments without relying on external validation. This supports you in leading your business with a stronger sense of direction all while feeling more energised along the way.

  • The circle is a sparring format. It is not a consulting service: we don’t develop your strategy for you or tell you what to do. We challenge your thinking and explore options together, so you can make the final decision.

It also differs from traditional masterminds: Rather than bringing together only people in similar situations, the circle puts your judgement to the test through independent, varied, and sometimes opposing perspectives.

We’ll offer selected knowledge sessions, but we are not an academy. The focus isn’t on giving you more content to consume about everything you should know - as you already deal with enough content overload anyway.

We deliberately focus on creating an active thinking space. This is not a place to sit back and consume, but to train your mind to think like a sharp-eyed secret agent - even with your roughest, most unfinished ideas. Because that's exactly what rarely finds room in everyday business and life, yet often holds the greatest potential for what comes next.

  • Confidentiality is a core principle of the Circle. Members are expected to treat every discussion with discretion. If you need complete discretion, you're welcome to anonymise your examples (e.g. replacing names with pseudonyms, generalsing the context, or omit identifying details. We work with the thinking behind the decision - not the identities involved.)

  • The Circle is designed to create meaningful progress without becoming another operational commitment. We are planning about 2-3 virtual sessions per month; complemented by occasional in-person gatherings in Berlin. You should plan in a minimum of 4 hours per month.

  • What matters is that you're leading an operating business or hold a leadership role in one.

Revenue and company size are not the only factors we look at. We primarily look at the complexity of your role, the decisions you carry and your willingness to engage thoughtfully and respectfully with the challenges of others.

As the Circle evolves, we'll continue to curate the group to keep conversations relevant and challenging.

The required minimum age is 18.

  • We ask for an initial three-month commitment because meaningful thinking takes time and trust. After that, your membership continues on a monthly basis, and you can cancel at the end of any month.
