These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services, digital products, and programs provided by [Your Name / Business Name] (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to clients or users (“you” or “the client”), whether delivered online, via video call, or in person.
By booking a service, purchasing a product, or participating in a program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We offer individual coaching sessions, coaching packages, group programs, workshops, and digital content (e.g. online courses, workbooks, or video series). Detailed descriptions of services are provided on our website or via direct agreement.
Services must be booked in advance through our website, booking system, or via email. Prices are listed in EUR (or relevant currency) and are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

If you need to reschedule a 1:1 coaching session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

All materials provided during coaching or digital programs (e.g. videos, worksheets, slides) are protected by copyright. They are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.
We treat all client information shared in coaching sessions as confidential. This includes personal, business, and emotional content. Exceptions apply where disclosure is legally required (e.g. danger to self or others).
Coaching is a collaborative process. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, please consult your provider before engaging in coaching.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of our services, unless caused by gross negligence or intent. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
If you are a consumer within the EU and purchase a digital product or coaching online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless the service has already started with your consent (e.g. accessing digital content immediately or beginning coaching early).
